I'm always looking for a different experience from the norm, including the same routine of going to the movies; overpriced tickets, generic big theaters, and too many crying children!  That's when I came across FilmBar, located in the heart of downtown Phoenix!

Ever notice how depending on the time of year you switch out your mp3 playlists for a more fitting tune? I've recently begun the shift, shedding my warmer winter tones for some fresh beats. Here are some albums I just keep hitting "repeat" for!

Bitter:Sweet - The Mating Game. A sultry mix of jazz and electro, perfect for any soiree!


The Chemical Brothers - Further. A classic techno band, and the newest addition to a solid discography that will bring out the timid raver in any of us.

Jenny Lewis - Acid Tongue. Sounds like old rock 'n' roll, and feels even better!
